Frances Yao, who holds a Bachelor of Economics in Management of International Enterpries and a MBA from Fudan University, had worked for ten years with Daikin and Honeywell in various positions.

In 2010 she successfully build up and lead Brainforce Shanghai through early 2019. With conclusion of her postgraduate education as an internationally certified professional coach, she took the opportunity to gain valuable work experience as the CEO assistant of a leading Chinese Coaching Institute for the past year.
