Interim Management

Interim-Managers undertake responsibility for the result of their work in a line, functional, or project role. They leave the client company after they have resolved a problem successfully and sustainably and the existing organization has fully taken charge again.

Do not confuse interim management with temp work which has been traditionally a service of staffing companies. Interim Management is very different from temp work. Firstly, the Interim Manager is outsourced and does not fall under an employee status, and secondly, an Interim Manager is always qualified or even over-qualified to take over a role on a middle or top management level.

Interim Management

Interim Management is the core competency of BRAINFORCE as the pioneer of this discipline in continental Europe.
In addition to the definition of Wikipedia, there are many more situations for which interim management is particualrly useful (Line management, Project management).
