BRAINFORCE expands its management team and strengthens the Administration & Non-Profit sector

With the appointment of Mr. Tino Käser, the BRAINFORCE Group underlines the increasing importance of the public non-profit sector for the BRAINFORCE Group, a leading international provider of interim management services and Expert Solutions (E.X.P.E.R.T.3-Solutions®). With Tino Käser, BRAINFORCE strengthens its already successfully established services in the non-profit sector.

Tino Käser’s previous activities make him ideally suited for the job. Over the past 20 years, the Swiss national has worked successfully in both operational and strategic overall management functions in administration, foundations, limited liability companies and stock corporations. Most recently, he set up the “Coaching for the Highly Qualified” department for the Office of Economics and Labor of the Canton of Zurich as a start-up and managed it for five years. Tino Käser has extensive experience in the management and development of organizations in the fields of justice, education, disability, social psychiatry and psychiatry.

For several years, he also worked as an independent entrepreneur and project manager in interim management mandates for the Canton of Zurich and the City of Winterthur. He also worked for BRAINFORCE for two years as co-head of the E.X.P.E.R.T.3-Solutions division.

Tino Käser, a trained machine mechanic, began his professional career in a psychiatric center after studying social pedagogy. Academically, a master’s degree in public management and various CAS courses in leadership, change and quality system management followed later. Tino Käser acquired comprehensive knowledge at the interfaces of politics, administration and business.
