Change in the management of the global M.A.S.T.E.R.3-Pool Management at BRAINFORCE
Zurich, October 31, 2022. The international BRAINFORCE Group, a leading provider of interim management and consulting services, is changing the leadership of its global executive pool management. Dr. Andrea Buss succeeds Ms. Andrea Stadelmann.
Andrea Buss takes over the management of the global BRAINFORCE M.A.S.T.E.R.3-Pool® Management, where more than 6,500 high-caliber, hand-picked executives from middle to top management level are supported and deployed on a customer-specific, short-term and temporary basis.

Dr. Andrea Buss is Swiss and speaks five languages. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Economics from the University of Geneva. In her postgraduate studies she deepened her knowledge in the field of marketing and customer segmentation. She obtained her doctorate at the University of Neuchâtel through practical research in the Swiss banking sector. Another research project followed on the change of functional profiles and competencies for optimized HR development at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Ms. Buss has more than ten years of practical experience as Head of Talent Management, Organizational Development and Corporate Culture, as well as Project Manager for Transformation Management and has worked as a coach for numerous executives and teams. She took over the international responsibility for Talent Management at Swiss Life Group. Later she took over the global leadership for Talent Management and Organizational Development at the Austrian lighting manufacturer Zumtobel Group, and subsequently for the German automation technology and robotics group KUKA. For the last five years, Ms. Buss worked as an interim manager in global functions such as CHRO as well as operational responsibilities and as a project manager for transformation mainly in various industrial companies.
